Deep Gentle Cleaning For Every Rug

• Once your rug has been transported to our facility, it will go through the following process: .
• Inspection – we will check its age, condition and specific material, so we can best work out how to treat it.
• Dusting – a powerful dusting before cleaning is essential, because it really gets to the dirt, Grime, soil, dust mites and allergens will all be shaken loose. We go deep into the fibers, so nothing nasty stands a chance.
• Cleaning – every rug needs different care. Depending on the shape your piece is in, we will clean it either by dry cleaning or deep immersion. Using the first method, we will clean it gently with eco-friendly products, rinse it with a small amount of water then pat it dry with soft towels. Using the second method, we place the rug in a shallow water pool and wash it gently, again with green products. Both methods are guaranteed to rid it of odours and nasty stains such as red wine, coffee and pet urine.
• Drying – it will then be placed in a humidity-free, climate controlled room. With the temperature set at a specific level, it will dry fast and that ensures no mildew or mold have time to grow.
• Finishing Touches – we’ll align the pile, straighten the fringe and give it one more look over.
